HF Transport and Installation was acquired by Capt. Heiko Felderhoff at the beginning of 2024 as part of the management buy-out from the Harren Group. Founded by Peter Harren in 2021 as Harren & Partner Transport and Installation, the company provides maritime services in the oil and gas sector as well as in the field of renewable energies with a focus on the Americas. As Managing Director of the company since its foundation, Capt. Heiko Felderhoff now continues to manage the business under own complete direction.

We are delighted to share that HF Offshore has acquired a new vessel to the fleet.
S.A. AGULHAS is a 112m survey/research vessel who is currently on the way from Mauritius to Antarctica to undergo research explorations in her new contract.
